Crowned Heads announced a formal code to its new non-Four Kicks line, “Project HG.”

In an e-mail sent out earlier today, Jon Huber reiterated that this brand would be separate from Four Kicks and would initially debut in 2012 in one size. He also added that the hope is to debut the cigar at IPCPR 2012 (August) in Orlando with 1,000 boxes of 25 cigars being made of the single size for 2012.

The name is expected to change and according to Huber, the line will be a different profile from Four Kicks. Project HG is not a limited edition and will be made by Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr.

“Look at it this way: Crowned Heads is the band; the first CD was called Four Kicks,” said Huber. “The next CD will ‘sound’ completely different than the first release.”

Update (March 1, 2012) — Jon Huber and Mike Conder have announced that the brand will be known as Headley Grange, more info behind the inspiration here.
