News: La Grande Clase Set for November Release

According to Dion Giolito, La Grande Clase, the small batch project for the Illusione founder’s Reno, Nev. retail store, is set to arrive at FUMARE either this week or next week. When reached by phone, Giolito refused to comment on any of the details regarding the release, which has been publicly listed on the FUMARE website for over a year.

Since our July story, Giolito has added little to the public record regarding La Grande Clase, other than passing out unbanded cigars that month at Charmed Leaf’s boutique cigar party, which he hinted could be possible prototypes.

When asked, Giolito did not provide any details for how the cigars will be released.

As usual, look forward to just about anything Dion comes up with. Awesome cigars And agree 100% with what Jonathan drew and jtbruschi said.

Top to bottom it's my opinion there is not a better cigar line out than what Dion produces.  I'm thankful for people like him in this industry.

@jtbruschi I used to think this without much doubt, Maduro sort of made me rethink this as I was not a fan outside of the first version of ~hl~. Original Document is still one of my favorite lines vitola-to-vitola.

I have to agree with the statement about the maduro...I was surprised and disappointed.

I saw it with Dion early on.  He has a great touch, great passion, and an approach to things that are 100% authentic.  He knows that JD his Fanboy.
