News: Wayne Suarez Leaves Arturo Fuente
After 20 years at Arturo Fuente, Wayne Suarez is no longer part of Arturo Fuente. Effective August 1st, Suarez is no longer with the company, ending his role as president of the Tampa-based cigar maker. Suarez was largely seen as the man behind-the-scenes for the brand and particularly tied to the company’s famed Fuente Fuente OpusX line.

I'm with Ginzo, possibly a divorce from cynthia.
The cigars are safe. As long as carlito is there, everything is going to run smoothly. You may see a little bit of change on what your b&m has on-stock, but for the most part, the cigars are going to be exactly as we remember them. Wasn't wayne nothing more than a glorified salesman.
Divcorce city. Cant stay in the family business if your not family anymore.
I'm done with Fuente! Buy 20 boxes and they will LET YOU BUY one box of Short Story Maduro. What a bunch of idiots. My guess is Wayne got tired of Carlito's GREED AND EGO....
But this business plan has worked well for them, no?
Wow, this seems like a major change in a company that seems to epitomize tradition and stability.
Maybe they will put the good tobacco in their $6-$10 cigars instead of their $25 and up kool-aid.
Why would they do that?
Wow!!! What happened? He's family.
What!?
I hope the brand doesn't suffer. They make some great cigars!
